Apple TV recently officially announced the premiere date of the new series starring Emma Thompson (Emma Thompson).

The Oscar winner will challenge the role of a private detective for the first time, playing the leading actress Zoë Boehm in the series adapted from the novel of the same name, "Cemetery Road Mystery".According to TVLine exclusives, the show will premiere the first two episodes on Apple TV on October 29, followed by an episode every week until the finale on December 10.

In this suspense and tension, Ruth Wilson (Ruth Wilson) also joined Sarah Tucker - a mother who was obsessed with finding a missing child after a house bombing in the suburbs.She eventually asks Zoë for help, and the two are involved in a confusing plot.

As the official plot describes, "Zoë and Sarah gradually discovered during the investigation that some people who were considered dead were still alive, while those who were alive were dying one after another." This life-and-death setting adds a disturbing and thought-provoking atmosphere to the whole drama.

The Mystery of Cemetery Road is adapted from the best-selling novel series by British writer Mick Herron, who is also the original author of Slow Horses.The script was written by Morwenna Banks, who was involved in the creation of "Slow Horse".There are four works in the Zoë Boehm series written by Herron. If the show responds enthusiastically, the audience may be expected to see more exciting performances by Emma Thompson to interpret the role.
